CANADIAN WWI MEMORIAL PLAQUE "Dead Man’s Penny".

This 12cm round plaque, is bronze. The relief is of a lion in front of Britannia who holds laurel leaves with her left hand. She is wearing a classic war helmet. The inscription surrounding and framing the plaque states; He died for Freedom and Honor. In a rectangle on the right side the name of the gentlemen is engraved. In this case it is Joseph Campbell. There are flower details, as well as, dolphins. This plaque has remained in excellent condition.
